The plastic is textured, not smooth, so dry-erase markers look streaky on it.
The markers that came with the map were permanent markers, only labeled 'marker' in english, the rest was in chinese. A little misleading, but thankfully i thought to check before using them.
Overall, i needed a foldable erasable battle map, and that's what i got.
Good product, kind of bigger than expected, but matches the dimensions. Oddly enough, the markers that come with it seem to be permanent? Or it's just not that easy to wipe it clean with water, should try an alcohol based solution.
Perfect mat, players loved it, just be careful while cleaning it, use a damp cloth and do not use the markers included, they leave permanent stains lol
Don't use the provided markers, they leave traces. The product itself is good, but the markers are not compatible. You should buy some quality markers separately.
